Upcoming Record Label for ATS Musicians - Give Us Your Input!

Hello fellow musicians and artists, producers and editors, or simply just the fan of awesome music.

I’ve created some tunes over the last year, and have heard some of the awesome talent that members of ATS provide. Have even heard some of the great music on ATS Live After Midnight. Its been an honor to have my music air on there, and also quite proud to be played amongst other members tracks.

That being said, I am currently in the process of releasing my music to over 200 stores such as iTunes and Spotify. However was stumped – halfway through the process was a ‘create – or use an existing record label’.

I was floored, I was just going to pick something totally random and get on with it, but something hit me, and it hit me hard.

The label was going to stay for life, my music was going to be representing that record label – it had to be serious, I had to create one, and that is why this thread exists.

So that being said, we are trying to gain a general consensus of what ATS musicians and fans alike, would consider to be a ‘label’ they’d want to sign up with!

If we were to create a record label, and the name was fitting to the overall population of ATS members, what would YOU like it to be called.

I have a few in mind, but would like to get some feedback first.

Perhaps something quite positive will turn out from this, a record label created within the week, and the possibility for you – the artist, to get it ‘Out There’.

What about, "Illuminati Records"

Illuminati is a great word that many feel has been misrepresented. It really means Enlightened Ones, which has zero actual negativity, in fact it appeals to the Denial of Ignorance in every way.

Hehe.. We could finally take the name Illuminati back from that mythological group of decrepit old psychopaths.
Plus, what is more Illuminating than music?

I really like False Flag Records.

But it might be an oxymoron when applied to a record label. "Don't listen to this" --- Reverse psychology! Who knows, it really does have a really good ring to it; and if the music is great (which it will be) it might just benefit from the name, hahaha.
