The FIRST thing President Clintons staff tried to discuss with the incoming Bush staff, was the threat Bin Laden posed to the country. They were totally blown off. Bush received multiple briefings by intelligence agencies that Bin Laden intended to attack the US, which he ignored. He sat in a classroom for 20 minutes while people burned alive and jumped to their deaths, while the country was under attack. If you think President Carter or Clinton would have just sat there while that was happening like Bush did, it is YOU who are clueless.

soo you missed it when they wanted to hand over bin laden to clintion but he wanted no part of it
