Ballast Barrels. They use these to move weight around an aircraft during testing.

Like the Moon Hoax theories, there are deliberate efforts to mislead people by some proponents of the Chemtrail conspiracy, anybody ever wonder why is that?

Unless it is various crappy "brews" that should be sprayed at 30,000 feet so they don't actualy ever enter a human body - then it wouldn't be a waste.....
