I would bet the women would use the male species as a sex slave race. You could say that you would just make the males donate sperm but I know women they could not just handle that. I am starting to like your thinking. LOL

In reality the women would have to abort or genetically modify the babies to mostly be females to keep with your 10 percent goal.

You would be challenged with moral/ethical decisions. The same thing your trying to escape.

There'd be no requirement for abortions since acidity of individual sperm have shown which ones can be reliably selected to produce male and female offspring. Simply select a majority X population of gametes for insemination.

Further, 10% male minority would only need be maintained over a short span of 4 or 5 generations until social conventions and societal mores were in place and solid enough such that a new balanced 50/50 birth rate would have children birthed into a world with an education system and societal consciousness in place enough to prevent a repeat of the same old cycle of violence perpetuated by a paternalistic male dominated philosophy that's been perpetuated and repeated throughout history.

It's well past time for the boys to step down and let Amazonia happen.

What I find so annoying is the whole "star football player" crap as if playing a game very well makes one morally superior or more important than another. If fact, I would opine that "star football players" tend to be less moral than their non-sports playing peers because the sports stars have been told they are above the rules and are special over and over again.

If they took off a mans penis when he raped someone things would change. Guys do it because society lets them get away with it.

I have a sort of intimidated respect for you, and I don't really want to go toe-to-toe with you on this (or anything! You scare me!)
But....this statement - this scenario of nothing but women, WOULD SUCK.

Women are worse than men in many ways. They can be piranhas, and very vicious. Talk about psyops! Might as well talk about "women". That said, I think the world would be run better by females (we are what keeps things running, after all), but getting rid of men entirely? Ugh. No, if women who are MOTHERS and WIVES were in charge, fine. Their love for peace and harmony -
their tendency to "grab the kids and run" when men get violent and stupid -
would decrease the amount of violence in the world.

But to imagine a world of ONLY women sounds, truly, like the worst nightmare I can imagine.

What we NEED is to learn mutual respect, to address our differences (as genders), and to put to best common outcome our collective wisdom. Rapists are evil and should be out of the picture (female or male), yes. But......

It's about moral treatment of others, and I have to say, many, many women are vicious to the bone.

With all due respect I recognize and even state outright that such a extreme fantasy is not only extreme, but also the stuff of science fiction.

It's not anything that's ever going to happen.

Also, the scenario doesn't call for the complete elimination of men.
Most studies show a 10:1 ratio of violence if not higher attributable to men. Thus, for the thought experiment, I propose and 10:1 population ratio.

There'd still be men around, and those men still around would love it because they'd never want for feminine company, sex, and most of those things that tend to drive the male ego to act out.
They'd be too busy acting out their rock and roll super porn star fantasies the rest of their days to start wars, perpetuate gang violence or even start or be in gangs, as well as any and all similar pursuits and exercises demonstrated in abundance among the least common denominator out of all exampled men.

In my situation I just had to get away from the state, there were other factors involved but everything for me worked like a strange science fiction novel. I joined the Army to become stronger and to be able to defend myself. That is one of the reasons why I became a survivalist type and had my kids learn karate. It is also why I became a nurse. So many good things came out of such a horrible period in my life. I am a better mother I think because of it too.

Thankfully, yes.

I do promote female assertion (assertiveness), and the brains and wiring of women are essential to keeping some kind of balance and rationality (even though we have tendencies toward frequent 'emotionally'-driven actions) between the two genders.

In my mind (and opinion) it's about upbringing, and respect for others. A person who becomes a rapist is depraved. You are correct that prisons are hotbeds of violence, sexual subjugation, and servitude in general.

We need to to teach our sons that women are valuable; that they have an innate wisdom (if nurtured appropriately), and a tendency for empathy and sensitivity that males need. (Besides the fact that we birth other humans).

As we all walk down our own little path through life, I have often found it is the experiences that try our souls the most, that we reap the most rewards from. Out of a terrible situation, you grew as a person, became stronger, learned a new way of life, and blossomed. I have also had such experiences in life, and I know for me they have shaped me into a better person and mother, no doubt I believe the same is true of you!

Having strength is vital for humans, whether it is physical, emotional or mental, we all need it to survive, but it's how we use our strength that has been corrupted IMO. This must stop, we need to respect each others strengthens, not seek to oppress them for selfish gain. I am also glad you took something positive away from your years in service, being a female in the military is a challenging career choice, you have much respect from me!

The problem is that many people have no conception of what rape is like.

So it's hard for them to relate to it.

My answer is to take those people with problems understanding rape.

My sentiments exactly.....It doesn't take brains to kick a ball about and if you practise

enough at anything you eventually get good at it And they get mega bucks for doing

that and putting their names and faces to promoting products they possibly don't use anyway,

(wouldn't convince me to buy any of those products advertised :lol so it's money for

old rope for them!!


Now my hero's who deserve that kind of remuneration are the skilled doctors and

surgeons who save lives, repair disfigurements, and often work 8, 12, 16 hour shifts

to do this.....(not 2 hours on the pitch and a few hours practice per week]

Hiya, NavyDoc! (long time!)

The 'star football player' thing isn't about athletics as much as it is about "status". In high school (you'll very likely remember), the 'star football players' are the most 'popular' guys in school. They're like rock-stars. And the cheerleaders "do" them, and are the female rock-stars.

It's all about social status...
I'm not trying to insult you at all; my husband never got (as in, understood) what a 'popularity contest' in High School is really like......

I agree that many women are "vicious to the bone" as you put it! But I think this goes back to the imbalance of power that has been a part of our history as humans. Rape is just one facet of this larger problem.

Women have throughout time been forced into positions of servitude to men, just as druscilla stated earlier. At some point, this reaction was bound to occur, where women decided if they couldn't live under the authority of men, they would play the game to seize control in their own ways. Much of this was due to oppression and being backed into a corner, left with little options.

It also explains the phenomenon of women trying to usurp power over other women. I lost a great job because of this kind of catty power struggle. In my case, I bowed out gracefully and allowed her to win, because I refused to play the game that was set up by her own twisted rules.

I think druscilla is on point though about this still being a majority male problem, but it occurs all over, it is truly a human problem at its core and affects men just as much as women, whether men and women realize it or not. The gruesome thought is right now as I type these words, rape and power struggles are unfolding all around me. How can it be stopped? I don't know, but we as humans need to have a honest conversation about this, both men and women.

This reactionary desire for power over others on the part of some women has since become just as much of the problem as the initial oppression perpetrated by men. It is one of those vicious cycles and needs to be broken. I hope mothers and fathers raise their sons and daughters to understand this sort of lust for control is not healthy, and children grow up to see this imbalance for what it is. But this will take time and it is a slow evolutionary process.

Well I am firmly of the opinion that the level of "Boys willbe boy" misogyny is alive and well. I can remeber the level of bile spewed on women on ATS when they DARED to say that the USA still has people who are sexist....It is nosuprise that this vile crime happens across the USA!

Jailing is far too good for some of these rapists and molestors unless they can be guaranteed to have a very hard time in Jail!
