Mayan Elder Says Calendar Ends on Equinox(3/21/13) Not on Solstice(12/21/12), 3 Days of Darkness!!

March 21st is the right day, I am ready now. Big things are going to happen on that day and they are not going to be good things. For all bad there is some good and for all good there is some bad. Hopefully I will not get the bad part.

I was feeling a little frisky, hoping to find me some good doom porn, stop by ATS and look at what I found....

I always find Mayan dates (and the history in general) to be so fascinating... I'm confident that we will all wake up safe and sound on the 22nd, but what if in that small slimmer of chance, the Mayans were right???

I think his statement could be related to the great falling away. The bible goes into much detail about the falling away and presents it as something that may or may not happen. IMO the 3 days of darkness will be caused by ison later this year. He is saying that if the son of perdition is not revealed before the lights go out then something is wrong and GOD will step in.

i left out the word 'precession' in the thread title because i could not fit it in.

I've held the belief that 12/21/12 was the beginning of the chaos and not the end.
Hate me for subscribing to the idea of a reset button for the human race, but I don't see anything getting better unless we're smacked with whatever took out the dinosaurs. We've really made a mess of things and I see an extinction level event as the only way to clean things up. I'm sure people will flame me for saying this, but if my little bubble, and yours, needs to be busted for the entire world to begin healing, so be it. I see the reset button as a good thing and not doom and gloom.

Well, lead a horse to water. I think it is a waste of time responding to the nay-sayers. Just because a handful of non-Mayan authors got the date wrong, isn't evidence against the possibility of an Armageddon. If anything, it is evidence for it. As it says, "Man will not know the date." Maybe, the 12-21-12 doomsaysers were the dis-information agents, anyway? Just to lull you into a sleep, so that you would not listen to the truth? Did you consider that, you ignoramuses?

Has anyone been watching LASCO C3? Want to tell me what that giant spot in the lower right is? Whatever it is, it is causing a hell of a lot of solar flares, CMEs, and disturbances on the Sun (Sol-1).

So, how does the sun go dark? Well, could this be because the companion (Sol-2) to the Sun will pull it in a direction, relatively, and pull the heat to one side, leaving the other side cooler and darker, which may be the side we will be on. Basically, making a dark side of the Sun. It, theoretically, could pull the solar magnetic pole to the side, perhaps away from us, leaving one gigantic sun-spot on one side. Truth is, noone has experienced it (at least not in modern days), so we don't have scientific evidence for it. I don't think any scientist would be allowed to release the data on such an experimental model, anyway, because it may cause mass panic, (even though mass panic did not occur on 12-21-12).

But, the ancients thought that they had a really good reason to create gigantic stone bunkers on the tops of mountains and pass this knowledge on to the modern peoples. It would be foolish to let this message, which has been kept up, even in the face of irrationality, go unexamined. It would be even more foolish to not listen to those who HAVE examined the evidence.

It is never stupid or irresponsible to prepare yourself for the unthinkable, as history has ingrained worry into our DNA for a reason. Those who do not prepare are exactly the kinds of people that have been weeded out of the gene-pool throughout human history. yes i saw that days ago. i did not search for a sanctuary because i had a vision of being beamed up to an alien ship in case of a large earthquake on earth. princess nakamaru said only those who are harmonious will get beamed up in case of global emergency. however, other believers should find their shelter spot if they can just in case.

I was going to just ignore this thread and not say anything, but I figure for the sake of everyone else, I should tell you: The only reason these threads propogate is because the 98% of ATS who don't believe in all this doom always end up coming to these threads to mock it.

What I'm saying is, don't even bother clicking the threads. They will go away

To be ontopic here, I did hear that some will slip over past the 5th straight into the 6th when that time comes. Many of the lower astrals will be slipping into this dimension however and so the balance continues. Interesting stuff really and something not so mysterious to those who live in more developed dimensions.

Is amazing how this is posted in March and not back in 2012.
