You do realize coal plants have killled many, many, many more people than either of these level 7 events, correct?
Industry kills off millions each year due to pollution, and a good chunk of that is coal being burned.

Now to get back on topic, I really don't give a rat's behind if you don't think this topic is as big a threat as is being discussed here. If you don't think it is, then start offering hard, concrete proof or get the heck out of this thread.
Unless such "just fine" members can actually show credentials that they are nuclear physicists or of similar professions, we don't want you telling us all to relax.

Well then we are misinterpreting each other. I have never said, "just fine", nor do I think that there isn't a chance for a worst case scenario to unfold.
What I have repeatedly said is that the fear mongers are falsely making claims which the science doesn't back up.
That's all.

And for the third time, I was trying to make a point about the outrageous claims being made about what would happen from this accident. Therefore, I was grabbing sites that were making outlandish claims, to show the outrageousness of the fear mongering that has been going on since this accident happened. So yes, I'm going to grab sites like Beforeitsnews, and other sites that normally I stay far far away from and would never use.
On Monday, March 18, at 6:57am local time, an electricity outage disabled nine facilities at the Fukushima plant, including cooling systems of the four storage pools for used fuel rods. TEPCO dispatched 25 specialists to deal the problem, but it took all of 30 hours for technicians to repair the systems.
On Wednesday, just 12 minutes after midnight (15:12 GMT), power supply to the cooling systems was fully restored, reported TEPCO. However, certain questions remain.
Speaking at a briefing in Tokyo, TEPCO’s general manager Masayuki Ono was honest: “We haven’t found the cause,” he said.
