AL planned Sandy Hook type shooting for years says CT Police

Adam Lanza planned his Sandy Hook massacre in meticulous detail on a chilling 7ft long spreadsheet that police believe was used to keep score of killings, it was revealed today.
Connecticut State Police found the 4ft wide document in Lanza's harddrive that was so big it required a special printer after the December 14 attack that left 26 people dead.
It contained Lanza’s obsessive research - in nine-point font - about mass murders of the past, and even attempted murders.
Col Stebbins says “He didn’t snap that day, he wasn’t one of those guys who was mad as hell and wasn’t going to take it anymore,” the man said. “He had been planning this thing forever. In the end, it was just a perfect storm: These guns, one of them an AR-15, in the hands of a violent, insane gamer. It was like porn to a rapist. They feed on it until they go out and say, enough of the video screen. Now I’m actually going to be a hunter.”

Research. A lot of it. On how to be perfect and he almost was. The cover story of a deluded loner is now very ridiculous. It also states in the article they now have evidence of how he became so proficient with the weapons.

So if you read the article, it is heavy with the word 'gamer'. So, they cannot pass it off on mental illness so we move to video games.

How many others out there have this same plan and spreadsheet?

There they go blaming video games again. They can't seem to understand that video games don't set people off. The person already had the potential to be a lunatic even before they played video games. People like this existed long before video games were around.

I am an excel God. I am also pretty solid with Call of Duty. I also happen to have several guns of varying types.

I don't have a spreadsheet on killing people. I dont have plans to kill people. My guns kill food.

The OP article is full of baloney. Focusing on the "gamer" part is a display of intellectual laziness.

After playing Monopoly I tried to go out and buy railroads and hotels but they just laughed at me and ran me off the property. Imagine my surprise when "Operation" turned out to be all wrong about the human body (I said I was sorry, Aunt Dolores). And the "Game of Life", don't get me started!

On topic (as if that wasn't), that spreadsheet of Lanza's sounds like a mind which was single-focused and itching to add his name to the list of serial killers (every mother's dream for their son). And if this was a chart seven feet long, why didn't anybody in his family notice it and do something about it? One crazy dude with an odd goal in life, a goal which from the start was bound not to end well for anybody.

They said the spreadsheet was on the hard drive not on his wall. Do they really expect us to believe all this crap? He had hundreds of rounds left and was trying to kill more than any other on that list? Well why didn't he shoot open any classroom doors? Why didn't he keep shooting until the police entered the school which wasn't until 10 minutes after getting there? The only explanation I can think of for such a low body count considering that amount of ammo is someone else did the shooting and ran. They really expect us to believe that someone who is so disturbed to kill children and witness all that gore simply turns the gun on himself rather than shooting another hundred rounds at the police? Give me a break.........

I'm willing to bet that one of the alphabet agencies recruited these cops and came up with a story to get them "onboard" for national security... This really smells like a fabricated plot, the entire operation looks like it.. Like another poster mentioned, there were multiple shooters getting away from the scene so they left all kinds of unspent ammo...;this detail just the tip of the "fishy" iceberg..

My reason for mentioning gaming is that they are now playing the next scapegoat. I am sure that this kid was at one time medicated but he was off-med when he did this. So were all of the others. I think there though, also, it is not the drug.

With mental illness, they do not treat the problem but the symptom. You wind up on 4 types of psycho-meds and you start feeling good and go off...not telling someone. It is a crash and people can go in odd ways. It is a connection to the fact they all needed to be treated for something. Something that happened to him. He was not born to kill those kids. He wanted to be perfect to someone in his life he could not be...but he could live on forever as perfect and he almost did it. There is a code of gamers?

Police believe Lanza killed himself after his rampage to stop police from “taking his points”.

“In the code of a gamer, even a deranged gamer like this little bastard, if somebody else kills you, they get your points. They believe that’s why he killed himself.”

There is also mention that he honed his skills. This was not with a video game. There is someone else who knows where he shot...when he shot...did he buy all the ammo online or is that why the gun shop mom went to was raided. To find how much was purchased over time.

152 rounds he got off before authorities arrived. This is the only part where I think it still gets cloudy because the person in the hall can verify what happened and they are gagged. On the tapes you hear multiple guns and not once just once shot when he is supposedly killed. A gamer does not end it they try to extend it with a second chance. (Played MP FPS since the originals..this is ridiculous..you never kill yourself. You are going to die anyways. So, talking in circles again but still I ask.

Yeah. there was rumor for a few weeks but this is the solid.This will lead to him being more well known than has been let on. A certain kind always shoots themselves. Even when they trade fire with cops.

adam lanza never existed, just like anders breivik. shocking i know, but it is amazing (or not)
what they can do these days with computer generated technologies, and some simple backstopping
(although adam lanza doesn't seem to have existed for the last three years).

I didn't imply popularity equals truth. I implied that this thread is being allowed to stay up because the official story is the popular opinion among the people who run this site.

As for the google search, I was simply pointing out that it seems the popular opinion on the SH tragedy seems to be moreso on the side of those replying to the OP than the OP itself.

This topic gets to stay up because it does not reveal personal information of private citizens, it doesnt accuse those who had their lives destroyed of nefarious things, and it hasnt (yet) devolved into the silliness that normally resides within these threads

i don't buy this.

the school had cameras everywhere, and all the footage was confiscated to be reviewed as evidence, so why is the story of what happened always changing and never consistent?

shouldn't they actually know whether or not there were two shooters from all the surveillance footage? shouldn't they know if adam came in through the windows or was buzzed in through the front door.

a shooting occurred, and children were killed. that is about the only truth in the official story. i grieve for the parents as i do for the victims of 9/11.

this document is an attempt to make it seem like evidence is being provided when none has actually been given. it is accompanied by an article that reeks of pushing an agenda.
