Misleading Calls Made to Michigan Voters
YahooNews.com

You know what Rove did to McCain in 2000 and have followed the lying RNC mailings to West Virginia and Arkansas...so why didn't ya see this coming a mile away?

In a recording of a phone call played for The Associated Press, a young woman says: "When you vote this Tuesday remember to legalize gay marriage by supporting John Kerry. We need John Kerry in order to make gay marriage legal for our city. Gay marriage is a right we all want. It's a basic Democrat principle. It's time to move forward and be progressive. Without John Kerry, George Bush will stop gay marriage. That's why we need Kerry. So Tuesday, stand up for gay marriage by supporting John Kerry."

The calls began Sunday afternoon, according to Rodell Mollineau, spokesman for Kerry's Michigan campaign. The campaign said voters in Detroit, Grand Rapids, Flint and Pontiac received calls.

"We're shocked and pretty much appalled that Republicans would sink to this in the last 48 hours of the campaign," Mollineau said.

As if the latest 11th hour "re-translation" of Osama's message to help the Bush cause isn't embarrassing enough to the Republican Party, let me make one thing perfectly clear on behalf of a very pissed off electorate.

We are not your father's Democrats. Nor are we as spineless as McCain. The light of the Internet has shown on your persistent scrambling cockroach efforts of years past, and now serves a higher justice. Evil-doers will pay for their criminal activities attempting to mislead, obfuscate and effect the vote of the leading Democracy in the world.

The Neo-CONS must be stamped from existence. Within a day they will be.

For the rest of the story so conveniently omitted:

RANT's pathetic last gasp
Michigan Republican Party executive director Greg McNeilly said recorded phone calls have been made by former Michigan football coach Bo Schembechler and by President Bush (news - web sites) to Michigan voters, but he didn't know anything about the calls described by the Kerry campaign.

GOP officials, meanwhile, have been getting reports of phone calls being made by a person who says he's representing the Bush campaign, and then unlooses a string of swear words. Another phone call is said to tell voters they've been drafted for military service because Bush needs them for the war in Iraq (news - web sites).

"There are so many reports of phone calls going on right now that appear to be untoward," McNeilly said.

You sir, are being untoward, in your own mire, devoid of decency, perhaps 48 hours will cleanse you of these trappings.

The GOP always relies on anecdotal assertions to "justify" their evil, and the media reports them for "balance."

Whatever Mirth. You know who's behind this since the phone bank is in your basement. What's the hourly rate for "one soul" again?

A progressive $2.10 an hour?

Wrong again, the phone bank has a view facing East (sunrise with the minions doing "Gods" work in the forefront brings a tear to this old simian's eye), a rather uplifting backdrop to the fine work being done here at the Evil Lair. Compensation is quite good (working with me is a definite benefit
), healthcare, dental, retirement... The works!

A far cry the from the socialist trappings found in your basement (any interns in the closet?
).

Evil Lair Monkeys, not just for refrains of "All Hail The Chief" anymore...

Or is lame reverse psychology targeting the bigotted just an old Republican stand-by? Hint: You must be smarter than your target to be effective.

Thankfully photographic evidence and tape recordings are on our side (not Nixon's).

At The Intersection Of Stupid And Evil
Republican Treachery
Sunday, October 31, 2004
www.stephenelliott.com...

(long story shortened)...

The day started with a trip to Mt. Hermont African Methodist Episcopal Church....The line stretched through the parking lot and around the fence. It was ninety-nine percent black. There were different people pushing different issues and lots of signs and there were the phony Democrats, the Republicans posing as Democrats, with rainbow signs announcing Kerry/Edward Support Gay Adoption.

"We're with ActUp," the guy told me. He was wearing a greenish yellow bicycle shirt. His girlfriend was wearing a denim top and denim shorts with a cat-ear headband. The other girl had a fake nose ring.

"You're not with ActUp," I told them.

"Yes we are. We're from San Francisco," he said. Ross came by and started filming him and Josh started taking pictures. The guy walked away but I followed him.

"I'm asking you nicely not to take pictures of me," the guy said, hiding behind his sign. He seemed timid. I thought if this is the best they can do they're not going to do very well. If he tried that in Chicago Daley's goons would have wrapped him in a pipe necklace.

"You can ask me not nicely," I said. "You're creating news by posing as a Democrat and we're capturing that. We're not going anywhere." This was a strangely bold thing for me to say since I'm a coward. I was counting on the nice ladies from the church protecting me. But also, there was something unintimidating about a Republican disguised as a gay abortion rights activist supporting Kerry. The absurdity of his agiprop made me confident.

I followed him off to the side. He kept insisting he was from San Francisco. "I'm gay," he said. "I support Kerry. I know about the Castro and Polk Street." The women were closer to the line arguing with the local activists.

Someone in a yellow shirt got on a cell phone saying, "Let me call someone to take care of these Republicans." ...

I wish we had her on tape! "Let me call someone to take care of these Republicans."

But alas we just have the most camera shy "Gay" man in history.

Gay activist confused about Kerry's platform acts out from in closet!

The "Gay" guys girlfriend
was more bold however (in her sassy denim matchers), making her best "gay" face one would assume.

Loss for words here.

FYI - Mike Moore has a 1,200 man army of videographers at the ready in Ohio and Florida for anyone that spots evil-doers ready to "come out" before friends, family and God in similar fashion.

And we have *69 too.

- I'm not; this and the Dixville (Dicksville) story had me laughing out loud.

They're getting desparate.

Big turnout = doom for them, hooray!

I doubt it. There were just exit polls on drudge report site, I dunno why the numbers disappeared... But while they were there, Kerry had a decisive win. Granted it was skewed towards male population, so it'll evenout a little bit after woment cast more votes.

I predict 51 Kerry vs 49 Bush
