Real Irish and Real Scots....you are tricking yourselves....

I take a bit of my genes from all over Britain. We have Irish, Scots, and Welsh , as well as English in my family, and by extention I would imagine theres a bit of french, nordic, and BLOODY ROMAN*hawks, spits* , in there as well.

Im a Brit of the entire compass and proud of it.

How many people on here still speak Irish or scottish? The signs are in both languages there, correct? What is the cultural divide between those groups and the purely english-speaking groups? Is it more of a religious issue, or is language part of the issue?

I don't get it? I'm Scottish with Irish and Scandinavian Heritage and a supporter of indepence. In what way am I kidding myself? Oh i was born in scotland and have lived here all my life.
