Now that's cool. I'm not a fan of snakes and I automatically get that hair on end thing when I look at it even though I know it's not a snake.

Nature never ceases to wonder does it?

Mother Nature has the Brains, we are still trying to learn. Thank you for such a terrific fact. If that isn't a worthy means of defence, i dont know what is.

Astonishing... You have to think just how many times over evolution the moth has had chance to notice the way things avoid snakes. I mean, just to even consider that, makes my mind loop. That is unmistakeably a snake head shape.

evolution really does paint a perfect picture..

That snake-moth is amazing.

Here's something else amazing. If this isn't evidence of evolution I don't know what is. At 0:31 you will see a walking fish.

Exactly, we dont realize how "aware" other animals/insects are. For example, we've had some fire ant problems around my house recently. After spraying, all the mounds made a collective decision, to move to my neighbors.
I believe thats defined by what we humans call "rational thinking"

That is amazing! I showed it to my husband, he said it's a snake.

He didn't believe me that it's a moth until I showed him the rest of the pictures!

Thanks for the amazing thread!
