TD CANADA TRUST - Complain Issues

Hi,

I am turning to this website for help. My Parents have an ongoing Issue with TD Canada trust that has not been resolved for the last 1 year and the complaint has been escalated to numerous managers, one of then actually said that they do not know what to do?.

Before I approach the banking Ombudsman or hire a lawyer I would like o make one last try.

Dose Someone know the email address for the TD Canada trust Board Of Directors or the Corporate office email address.

If they cant fix it then I will have to get a lawyer.

Any help from this board will be appreciated.

I have no idea what so ever. I do know that strictly speaking, this thread does not appear to be related to the topic of board business and questions.

I never went past the management at TD if i had any issue... im not sure if you can contact the board... you need to find out from the managers, since they said they can't help you.

This forum is for ATS website business and board.

But im sure a mod will move it to appropriate forum.
