Do you ever laugh at God?

I laugh at and with God because knowledge of God is the knowledge of the humor of understanding. Mind you almost all the jokes are at my own expense or at the expense of all my prior ignorance (until I got the joke). Then again that God made us and wants us to be part of it all demonstrates right there a great sense of humor, and generous humor at that.

A lot of laughs with God that's for sure..


P.S. I don't agree with the sentiments of the song though, not at all. In the humor of God realization it's just stupid and not funny at all!

God otoh, well, you either get it (the truth) or you don't, and may God help you if you don't, because this is one joke you want to get while it's still on the way, so that when it comes and it always does it will be truly funny and won't come in the form of a "groaner". I tell you I wouldn't wish that on my very worst enemy, the loss of one's humor at their own experience - ah!

Thats true
We do not dare to laugh at god when we are in trouble
But , yes occasionally , we do make fun about him
