Government Wants Volunteers to Wear White Guilt Bracelets

You people are upset about this? That's just stupid.

These bracelets are obviously NOT about feeling guilty for being white. Just recognizing that being white has its advantages in America.
There's nothing sinister about it.
Not everything the government does is evil.

and if you think that you don't have an advantage being white in this country, you need to step into the real world.

I've always had a guilty conscience, as far back as I can remember. I can feel guilty for something I didn't even do if I thought it was something I might do, haha. But I have NEVER felt guilty about being white. That seems stupid even to me, and I fret about a lot of unnecessary crap. I think this sort of silly campaign targets a group of whites far more affluent (and dumber) than me. I wouldn't get too upset about this, OP. This is just a silly thing that morons get caught up in sometimes. It's a fleeting fad somewhere, here and gone in the proverbial blink of the eye. If I were you I'd be more upset about that crushing defeat the Flyers suffered by the hands and sticks of the mighty Devils!

I think that is a myth actually.

Being young and good looking and slim confers certain advantages - should people apologise for that.

Being rich confers advantage - should people apologise for wealth or comfort.

Being male arguable is advantageous etc etc

Americans are obsessed with race it is ridiculous - and the British have followed you guys in this and are just as bad if not worse these days.

What a brilliant Government we have. The only ones needing to apologize to the people are these lunatics in the government.
I owe no other race an apology and if they feel I do screw them for not trying to help themselves.

They admit it was given in a handout after a conference, ever been to one of those? You get handed material by a million different companies/groups. Anyway the infowars article stated that the government was looking for volunteers to wear these bracelets and even the previous link didn't state that, but keep up with your agenda, it suits you well.

As for the bracelets, it's just another way to create more racial division so we can argue about one more thing and take our focus off of the important issues.

I agree with the overall thing you're saying. Divide and conquer is a strategy they are employing.

In this specific case, I''m fairly certain there was no ill will intended. A bunch of people on the internet twisted the story just to get mad. E.G. they aren't called "guilt bracelets." That word was added just to draw a reaction to an otherwise benign story. It's stuff like that that made me stop visiting Infowars.com.

After doing some research on the bracelets I'm pretty sure there are some racial undertones and I do believe that it was ment as a small jab directed at white people to stir up racial division.

If you think that no "ill will" was intended that's fine but many others do think that it was. I know black people that cry racism about trivial things that white people do when no "ill will" was intended. That is what happens when we are not allowed to laugh at our racial differences. Instead the govt and the MSM make race this horrible taboo subject and demonize anyone that trys to make light of the subject.

Well Wisconsin IS like that, Madison is very liberal (not a bad thing usually except this.... ugh) and Milwaukee is VERY segregated, I lived in Milwaukee almost ten years (now I've managed to escape back home to New Zealand) and traveled to Sheboygan (red neck country) and Madison to plant (pharmaceutical plants) each week....

These fools do not know history. Throughout history different races have ruled the world. The Moores who were black owned half of Europe for during the dark ages. Black people also had white people as slaves. That is why Italians have dark skin and hair. Romans did not have black hair and dark skin. Why do not ask black people to wear black bracelets for the ancestor’s acts. The fact is you make your life by your own decisions. I have never met a hard working person who could not succeed. I work in the HQ of a huge company, and I see VPs of other races all the time. The point is, every race and every empire have commited horrible acts against others that were not like them. I'm glad my generation is more enlightened than this. We ALL see people as people. All of my friends went to college where they wanted and we all challenge ourselves to do better in our careers. None of them were ever held back because of color lmao. But guess where the lazy ones are? Hahaha you get the point.

We all see it the same way. There aren't enough good honest people left to dismiss someone by color. I have many acquaintances, few friends.We all see people for who they REALLY are, not what they look like. If i posted a pic we'd look like a f$!#! diversity poster.
