Rehnquist Undergoing Radiation and Chemo

WASHINGTON (AP) - Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist disclosed Monday that he's undergoing radiation and chemotherapy for thyroid cancer.
Rehnquist was expected to be on the bench when the court returned from a two-week break. But instead he issued a statement saying "at the suggestion
of my doctors, (I) am continuing to recuperate at home."
If he is out of the Supreme Court, do you think it is too late to influence voters in the current debate..I think so. What about the overall makeup of
the Court. Wasn't he appointed by Raegan? I don't know. But it remains to be unseen what changes this would actually make...
