A good example! Yes! The bankers were clever, I think we could all use a bit of their ingenuity - Ingenuity = Not destitute!

And no, I'm NOT pro bankers - The opposite actually, I just save my sympathy for those who deserve it

i posted this op so that my friends would understand my absence,
i have always recognised how difficult things are for people ATM
and how many people are less fortunate than i, after all i have freinds i have never meet,
that give me strength.

i am now paying for internet connection at a hostel just so i can comunicate with the very people that give me the strength to carry on.

ATS is more than a comunity to me you guys are family,
and i will be back because at no point can anything finish me, as i have seen the truth,
people care for one another.

i care about you, and the darkest days that i suffer at the moment will be over in time,
and i will be back in time.

your kind words fill me with energy, energy that will compell me to come back when i am able,

know this, times are hard, but the true test of life is coming through the dark times, and knowing that your true friends will remain, even if you have nothing left to give.

i am a proud man, strong and decisive (bad speller though)
these bad times cannot endure, i can so can you, i will find a way forward,

so can you we will endure and over come many things in these pressing times together,


these kind words from my friends allow me to face the dark night with a smile,

no matter what life gives you, it cannot take your friends.

this is my strength ATM
knowing that others have gone thought this and come out the other side,
as i will in time.

makes me realise that it is the people that matter,
i love you all and will visit libaries and cafes to pop in and say hi when i can

I am going to miss your posts Xploder and I wish you all the best getting things sorted out.

I can relate as just today I received a letter from my former employer that our pension fund is 54% funded and they spent the rest of it on whatever.

I have not worked for 20 years but I was hoping to get some kind of a pension when I hit 65 ......that looks like a dream now.

i am now at home with my parents,
they will help me to get back on my feet,
i can now afford to survive in the short term,
they dont understand open source, or anything that i do,
but they care enough to allow me to continue.

going through tough times reminds you of whats important,
family, friends and support.
