Golfer Swallowed By Sinkhole On Fairway In St Louis

I was unaware there were sinkholes around here. He'll catch a ribbing about that for years. At least he'll be around to take it. I'm wondering more and more about sinkholes becoming the next topic of DOOM! with just cause. A new sinkhole in Bayou Corne La, a quake off the coast from it. Seismic activity along the New Madrid fault.

I gotta say this.... What type of Karma did the man in Florida and now the Golfer must have had~ I hear this and I think of the moive "Drag me to Hell"

Im not a sinkhole expert... but it sure seems like there are a lot more these days. I dont life far from St Louis.. and it is a cave and karst state, so I imagine if there were going to be sinkholes.. it would be there! Here in So Il we had avery small earthquake yesterday too. It was like a 2.something. With these dogs tromping around I probably wouldnt feel it if it was a 5.0, Id assume it was the beasts playing in the living room!
