I Think I Almost Astral Projected...

Alright so last night I was on the Internet as usual and I got bored and came across an astral projection video on YouTube. It was basically a mans voice that is supposed to walk you through astral projection. I was pretty skeptical at first but then like 30 minutes into the video I felt something. It was strange, it started as almost a pressure in my arms but it was like the pressure was from inside my arms and then the sensation spread through my whole body and I actually felt like I was lifting! The only problem was that I didn't actually astral project. It felt like my soul was trying to leave but was stopped by my skin. It was a really weird feeling. It was kind of exhausting too because I was trying so hard to break free and then I got so tired that I eventually stopped. Has this happened to anyone else?
