You don't assume anything... you protect the kids. Have you seen the evidence.

They didn't protect the kids. They traumatized the kids and subjected them to a genital examination.

The kids didn't need protecting from the parents - they needed protected from the Child Protection agency.

This ^^^ Those Walmart employees are damn lucky all they got is sued. Same goes for the child protection agency people, keep it up........... Keep it up, keep involving peoples kids in this pure idiocy, no faster way to make a quick change, people will dye for their kids and thats not all they will do for them.

And then to prove it in court you would need to sell your house to keep your name.

Just another reason to never shop at walmart. They are the exploiters of humans and the disolvers of families.

If Wal Mart continues to censor photos like that, they will continue to be sued.
Now that decided they are censors, they may be held liable next time, when they DON'T do something

They put them on a sex offender list and all the people want is 75 large. If I was them I would be taking Walmart for everything.

What is wrong and deeply worrying is that parent are presumed guilty until proven innocent.

Their 3 daughter were seized and they were put on a sex offenders register on the basis of bath time snaps. They then had to spend $75,000 getting their daughters back and clearing their name.

Walmart is to blame but so is the Child Protection agency that seized the girls on the basis of bath time snaps. Deeply worrying.

I completely agree with this, that sex offender register ruins all kinds of people *FOR LIFE* who don't deserve to be there. Is it really helping ANYONE if the sex offender registry gets filled up with people like these parents?

And what about the $75,000 in expenses? If they couldn't have paid, would their children have been taken? How many children are being taken that we don't know about because the parents don't have enough money to go to court?

Yeah, every half wit greeter and photo mat Walmart employee in the US needs to alert DHFS to every bath time photo they develop for parents, resulting in actual sexual abuse of the child in the form of an "exam" by state authorities.

There are alot of things Id like to call you about now but I'll keep my mouth shut and just say, you and people who think like you are the problem in this country. I really hope you don't have kids.

Maybe there needs to be some education as to what is child pornography.

It may save families from being persecuted without reason.

I don't know, if you were, you would probably be the same creepy idiot Walmart photo mat guy who reported it. So, the pictures would be innocent, you however, hypothetically speaking would still be the creepy idiot Walmart photo mat guy.

Pure nonsense. The pictures were delivered to the Walmart to be developed and returned to the parents. Where the hell does some random guy come into the picture?

You see, I know the level of idiocy in the country at the moment and when my girlfriend sends me pictures of our daughters playing in the tub while I'm at work, I have told her more than once NOT to do it and to erase it from her phone and she always tells me I'm crazy.

I'm not crazy, I just know how incredibly ridiculous things have become here, you can't even swat your kid on the but anymore without DHFS taking your kids away for abuse. Totalitarian, fascist tripe. Nonsense, the whole thing and it's really sad.

This being ATS (a conspiracy site) I just want to mention that a lot of the security and law enforcement efforts going on nowadays are a complete fraud, having no basis whatsoever in any valid law enforcement or security concern.

Perpetrating this fraud serves more than one purpose. The first purpose, and in my opinion by far the most important purpose, is to sell surveillance hardware and surveillance man hours to government. This is done with a complete lack of concern for the consequences to the public at large. It is exactly the same way any useless product is sold to any sucker anywhere, through lies, exaggerations and deceptions.

Another purpose of this fraud is allied to the first purpose and that is to accustom society to accept ever increasing levels of surveillance and interference with their personal lives by the State. It's about creating a docile population willing to accept control by the class that produced such luminaries as George W. Bush and a host of sociopaths. An entire society is being molested and frightened by these monsters every day.

No it is not pure nonsense. Believe it or not, people get off on it. Just because it wasn't the case this time doesn't mean that it has never been or never will be.

All it takes to discern between the two is just a tiny bit of common sense. Common sense is something the government doesn't have though, so it's really hard to get behind draconian measures that harm children so we can just say better safe than sorry.

We don't need DHFS taking kids away from their parents for a month and subjecting them to sexual assault in the form of unneeded examinations because of bath time photos that were reported by a half wit from Walmart.

Sick perverts that engage in child pornography don't usually get their pictures developed at Walmart before they sell them on TOR sites, just FYI.
