That is similar to the idea of 3-D panels. A styrofoam core linked to 2 steel wire meshes. Set up and apply mortar to each side and you have a insulated concrete structure.

I showed the video to my hubby last night. We are saving up to tear down our house and build a new one but will have to buy and stack materials as we can afford them. Something like this would be absolutely perfect for storing building materials. We are going to research them.
