99% of people who get cancer are NOT on a fruit only diet and regularly consume meat.
It's fine if you don't care about your health. But don't try to mock ones ability to be aware of nutrition and diet and the benefits of a vegetarian
Personally, i've been vegetarian for 2 years. I grew up LOVING steak (as rare as it can be!) and I even grew up hunting and eating what I shot. But
with that said...I started doing more research.
Yes, different diets work for different people and different body types. Some people need meat to balance the lack of iron in their blood. For others,
the process of digesting meat is actually harder on their body than it is good for the body.
I too have a VERY high protein diet, but, again, I am vegetarian. I work out 3 - 5 times a week and have put on 15 pounds (of needed muscle) in the
past three months from following a good routine and good diet.
I drink Brown Rice Protein shakes with peanut butter and/or almond butter. Nuts. Beans. Quinoa. Tempeh. Dairy. Yogurt. Maca powder. And more.
It's very easy to have a protein packed diet and not resort to processed meats and other $#!tty foods.
But again, you are free to do whatever you want.
I wish you prosperity and health.
