You can see in the Google earth pic that there are two roads/paths in the gardens, in the video (set of pictures) the main light is the one at ground level behind the trees. The light in the sky is just lens flare.
If you watch the video you can see one of the roads behind the trees. You can even see another set of lights going by on the other road in the middle picture...It is just a car or vehicle with a long exposure distorting the lights..
