Redacted contract

Paragraphs 8 and 9 indicate the towers are for Predator operations. But the redacted contract is for Incirlik, not Creech. It is no secret the US was going to operate Predator from Turkey. In fact, the question should be where doesn't the US have a drone base.

PTM-100

The PTM-100 is just a crank up tower, albeit a step up from what a ham might have.

I don't see any drone activity at Incirlik. You can go to 37.0019° N, 35.4258° E on google earth and look for yourself.
