I wasn't sure where to put this so went for default mode, please move as necessary

I consider myself an O.K. skier,
I still get overtaken by the local kids
but I can reach the bottom in reasonable time and in one piece (so far)

This guy is awesome (or lucky) I think with the black flip I'd put him in awesome

Good skiing people enjoy the rest of the season

I would have been dead a dozen times before the flip.
The things humans can train themselves to do are amazing.

Well we could always prop the bar up if our legs were in plaster
. And i certainly wouldn't be doing any back flips!

Wow....
That's skiing
a boss!

Impressive...

Note, skip to about 40 seconds in, to get to the avalanche...

Cody
Yeah that guy jumping from space. I had read a sf novel not six months before this guy jumped, all about a sky diver who jumped from space and all the surrounding hype that followed him. Then this real guy freekin did it.
To day I just went out and rented Chasing Mavericks, about the big wave spot on the California coast.
I'm 66 now and used to surf Santa Cruz a lot in the mid sixties. At that time there were rumors of a big wave location up the coast but because it was so inaccessible in those days it was nothing more than rumor. Now I watch those big wave surfers and just loose my breath.

Sometimes I think that the supposed aliens have come here to do nothing more than watch these new breed of surfers
