Seized Chinese Weapons Raise Concerns on Iran

Not sure if this was posted. What good are the sanctions? They seem meaningless to me unless we know that violation could be used as a reason to justify military actions. While Syrian issue simmers on the front burner, the Chinese have been quietly supplying the Iranians which shouldn't be a surprise.

Among the items aboard the dhow, according to a review of factory markings on weapons and their packing crates, were 10 Chinese heat-seeking antiaircraft missiles, most of them manufactured in 2005.

The missiles were labeled QW-1M and bore stencils suggesting that they had been assembled at a factory represented by the state-owned China National Precision Machinery Import and Export Corporation, sanctioned by the United States for transfers of missile technology to Pakistan and Iran.

What good are sanctions? Well, they punish the average citizen trying to make a living.

Since when does making something illegal work? All they are doing is creating a black market worth billions.
It's almost like they forgot about prohibition, or the "war" on drugs. Bunch of idiots in charge is all it is.

These western hyenas are attacking Iran.

They want to torn Iran apart.

One of the ways is that they are using sanctions on Iranian citizens to give up their independence of US imperialism.

France and other countries have been buying oil from Iran through third parties for decades. Iran has been buying things through third parties for decades. The sanctions do nothing.

US govt know this well.

The problem is that these sanctions are not on Iranian govt , it is on Iranian people.

And ill bet the very things sanctioned by the west are being dealt out the back door...ala Iran Contra,
