I can't see any avatars or signatures on ATS while using Google chrome can anybody help please? The last thing I did before I stopped seeing avatars was change my signature than I stopped seeing avatars on threads on posts.

Under tools in the top menu there's a button that says "Hide Member Avatars & Backgrounds" Did you click that by mistake?

you have the link broken...

should be files.abovetopsecret.com...
