This is the best explanation I could find. Watch the video, this confirms phage's theory. It give's the best examples I have seen yet, on lens flare and dirt when footage is shot through a _

Thank you Suspicious Obserever for the link.

I found several threads on my ats search that claimed it was shot down. But not any that disclaimed the theory that it was.

BTW phage if you watch. You were right I was wrong, lens flare not cgi.

I didn't realize there was actually a debate about this.

It's kind of hard to shoot something out of space. Especially when you don't even know it's there.

Nice proof on denying ignorance and having the fortitude to prooving your own belief wrong. S&F for you clearly demonstrating that fact.

Thank's I guess.

IMO the only way to truely Deny Ignorance, is to admit when you are wrong.

I could have worded that differently.
I've been proven wrong here before too, but than again that's what we're here for.

Great thread
I agree, it was NOT shot down. If it were, don't you think the Russians would have been bragging about how superior they are militarily at the fact that THEY seen it coming and SHOT it down, from day one? S&F
