Not a very good showing by the Malaysian military. They should lock down the entire area, give them 24 hrs to leave. If they don't leave, go in with overwhelming numbers and remove them by whatever force is necessary.

Looks like 4 more Malaysians are being held hostage.

The Malaysians also deported some Filipino's Sunday. Of course it has nothing to do with the stand off, just coincidence.

Well, blowback time for Malaysia, I supposed.

Not so many years ago, those rebels were supplied weapons and ammos to go against Manila and now the problem has come full circle to roost at home in Malaysia.


Karma's a bitch... But there is another twist to this, more of a conspiratorial tone;
Malaysia is going to have a General Election which the present ruling class is heading south, could this be a cynical attempt to thwart the Election and declares Martial Laws, thus the present lameduck government can cling to power ?
