Come on now folks, I didn't even get into Maryland and Virgina and you're talking about 2 major Army Divisions Hdtq on I-95, a huge Marine Corp Base just down the road from I-95, 2 significant AFB's and multiple other military installations including a huge weapons depot within a stones throw of the I-95 corridor.

If everybody freaked everytime a military convoy went up and down I-95 nobody would get any sleep.
