Why no preview button on Breaking News Forum

Just wondering if anyone knows why there is not a preview button when you make a new thread in the Breaking Alternative News forum. Is this an oversight or is there a reason for this....

Probably because it creates two posts for you in the thread and that would make coding it more complicated so the coders just said screw it...
