If I'm reading the data right. Those bouy's were activated prior to the earthquake near Kuril Is.

It would be great if one of our resident ocean geologists could chime in on this.

If I.m reading the data right, That was quite a dip in the water level. This bouy is just east of the earthquake.

Whats going on under that area?

Yea, I thought they showed minor activity. If you go back to Feb 3rd, he showed buoy movement before the Santa Cruz 8.0 quake durning one of his quake watches.
