strange alarm sound by military base

Hello im using a mobile phone and its difficult for me to type too much. I used to have an account here years ago i forgot the password though. Tonight I couldnt sleep because of an alarm sound. The closest I could get to it was by a military base. I took a video of the base and noise. Could it be a haarp type thing?

That was a strange noise and annoying too. Is this base close to a
highway? I was hearing a lot of traffic sounds in the background.
I have heard noises outside that has kept me awake many times.I
live about 15 miles from a base and do live close to a small airport.

The skeptic in me says that the noise is from an electrical device you have on you which is making this noise, not a loud alarm in the distance.

I almost recognise the sound but I can't put my finger on it.

Yea its right off the highway the closest airport that I know of is 15 miles away. Im not sure if this base has an airstrip.

Sounds like an alarm for deaf people

I should mention I was approached by gaurds and told to leave while I was by the gate. I was about to ask them what the sound was but they seemed pretty agitated with me for some reason so I left.

'Some reason' being that you're hanging around outside a military installation in the middle of the night filming through the gates maybe? I would be pretty agitated with you if you were stood filming through my gates at that time and I've got nothing to hide.

Either way they have no authority to tell you to leave if you are outside the premises.

Wouldnt you want to know what was keeping you from sleeping? I noticed it at 2 am and persisted for hours till I had enough and wanted to know what was causing it.
