If Zombie Pandemic is possible, will Enlightened Beings stay aware if they turn into Zombies?

Well, enlightened know that they are not human (they're spirit IN body) but they still talk, eat, wear cloths.

So they will know that they are not zombies, but they'll still eat humans...

It wont matter if there are cat and dog zombies running lose. It just wont matter.
