Yeah, I get a bit grumpy when I open a thread on "Earthquake just now!" and before reading it I go out for a smoke and tell my smoke buddies that an earthquake is happening just now. Then I come back to find out the thread is from 2007.

I know it doesn't bother a lot of members, but there have been times when a post shows up on the front page here; I open it and read the OP and a few replies, and then I get a hint that it's not current. Not current as in five years old. I hate that!
