keep and bear arms.
keep speaks to where they are kept, stored, placed when not in use, or preserved in preparation for future use.
so to make a law that requires disassembly, barrel locks, trigger locks, magazine and bullets kept separate, gun safe etc are infringements on the
right to keep arms.
bear arms speaks to carrying, possessing using, having and other actions.
laws that require certifications, licenses, registrations, permits, fees, background checks, magazine capacity, semi-full auto, and other law that act
against the fringe of the core issue of arms is an infringement on the right to bear arms.
WHAT PART OF "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND.
