Same as above. Setting a member on the right path and seeing them flourish. I'd name names, I'm proud of them but they might not appreciate the attention. THAT'S the best part.

Differs from person to person. For me right now is seeing a divided board. Bickering, nastiness. It almost physically hurts.

Make common sense common again. Then we have a base to work from.

One that isn't an ebook. I like the feel of a novel in my hands. As to authors I'm big on Stephen King, Clive Barker, Tolkien. Basically horror/fantasy.

I admire any man who is able to look the worst of themselves in the eye and not back down. It takes courage to face an enemy on the battlefield, but it takes character to face the enemy in your heart. Those authors make a brilliant demonstration of those tests, and it's awesome to see that reflected in one of the staff.

Is it true that in the MOD initiation ceremony you sacrifice 3 sheep and then take turns paddling the new MOD for 20 minutes?

Not really. Some staffers may be more apt to think, "We should have shut that down sooner." We try to err on the side of caution. Sometimes that's not the way to go.

75. Some are more active than others. It's voluntary so you can't say you have to be here for any given time. Life creeps in from time to time to keep people away. That is encouraged. RL always comes first.
