Yep, youre right about that. I was hoping the new guy wouldve just admitted that theyve had enough world-isolation, hunger and animosity....and that they give up the threats and say "We give up! We want to join the rest of the world. Help us! Please. We are starving here...you win. We were wrong, and we didnt mean it."

Not gonna happen...and their people suffer and really believe the rest of the world is wrong. Shame.
