Only blacks? Did you bother to even read the OP?

I said blacks overwhelmingly support Obama yet there hurt by Obama policies. How is that only blacks? Blacks supported Obama 95% in 2008 and 93% in 2012 and they're hurt the most by Obama's policies as is shown in statistic after statistic. This is the point of the OP. Sadly, people see the word black and racist horns come out. If they stopped and read the OP they would see it has nothing to do with a black and white issue. It has everything to do with blacks overwhelmingly supporting Obama and the Democrats and getting hurt by their policies.

Yes, and we are saying, too bad, tough luck oh well, cry a river, boo hoo hoo.

Surely to god the OP and yourself cant be looking for sympathy can you?

You helped make the bed, now lay in it, and please stop crying about it, it is falling on deaf ears.

Thank you.

What in the world are you talking about?

Whose crying about it? Where in my OP did I cry about anything? I'm pointing out that blacks overwhelmingly support Obama but get the worst of his and the Democrats policies.

Nobody's crying just pointing out an obvious truth that the article in the OP illustrates beautifully.

Some people are hung up on the racist notion that every black person is crying about something.

Did you read the OP? It has nothing to do with asking for your sympathy. I don't know you and I could care less about your sympathy. So take the racist nonsense elsewhere. Show me in my OP where I was crying about anything.

The point of the thread.

Blacks support Obama overwhelmingly and get hurt most by their policies and they shouldn't walk in lock step with one party. How you turned that into crying makes no sense. You saw black and went straight to the racist position that if it's a black person they must be crying or complaining about something. I wish you would have read the post before you went on these rants.

LOL

Your coming in here and telling us all the grass is green. We can look outside and see that. We do not need you to tell us the grass is green.

Stop being such a racist. Do you think we care your in worse situation? no we don't, we are more concerned about our own situation.

You were poor before, then voted on color, now your poorer, how did you all think it would turn out?

The fact will always remain, black people were not doing good before Obama, now they are doing worse.

IT will be getting a LOT worse for you up the road, as austerity kicks in and food stamps and dole gets slashed.

How are we supposed to respond to your OP? we all agree, but tough luck.

YOu could only want us to do the following:

Agree with you
Cry with you
Do something for you

What one is it?

I'm actually glad you're posting because it shows the ignorance from some who see nothing but racism on both sides.

I haven't asked you for any sympathy or to do anything for me.

My point:

Blacks overwhelmingly support Obama and the Democrats and get hurt the most by their policies and they shouldn't walk in lock step behind one party.

You turned that into a racist rant about blacks wanting something from you.

Here's a line from my OP:

It's not so much that Obama has to DO something special for Blacks, it's that Obama's policies are hurting the middle class and poor and decimating blacks.

So how you turned the OP into anyone wanting sympathy from you or they want you to do something for them is just nonsense.

The OP has nothing to do with a black and white issue. Only someone that has racist lenses on sees the word black and then they go on a b line to a racist rant about someone wanting you to do something. Again, the OP has nothing to do with issues between blacks and whites.

TextThe Expansion of Black American Misery under Barack Obama's Watch

The Expansion of Black America for the last 400 hundred years, and 400 more years, regardless of the next 100 presidents, still won’t change anything for the black community. It’s not designed for them and never will be.

I don't want you to do anything for me? Do you understand that you're posting on Above Top Secret? This is where discussion occurs if you haven't noticed.

Why does anyone need you to do anything because they're posting a thread in a place where there's discussion on all kinds of topics? Why do you see the word black and automatically jump to the conclusion that someone wants your sympathy or they want you to do something for them.

Again, there's threads started about every subject you can think of on ATS. So because I started a thread that just talks about Obama and how his horrible policies have hurt blacks you turn that into someone wanting something from you.

I want discussion and that's what happens on ATS. The fact that you turned simple discussion into a racist rant says more about you and your insecurities.

How anyone can read the OP and see black and white issues instead of a discussion about how blacks blindly support Obama even though his policies are hurtful makes no sense.

Thanks for pointing all this out to us here. None of us here had any idea that Black people were not very well off. It comes a complete shock and surprise that you all voted for Obama, who would of thunk it?

Its not going well you say? Oh dear, please stop your breaking all our hearts.

The time for these types of discussions should of came before voting for the black messiah, don't you think?

To summarize,

I know Blacks are not doing good.
I know most voted for Obama.
I know that now it is worse, not better for Blacks.
I as well as many like me,do not care.
I as well as many like me have our own problems.

Thanks for pointing out the obvious to us all here, I cant think for the life of me why Black people largely are stuck in first gear.

Thanks for the post, please continue explaining this all to us dummies.

I do believe Obama was a symbolic era that one could unite behind. Obama is a community organizer afterall. The problem comes in that the community can only handle so much organizing before it runs out of funding. The major problems occur at the local level in schools, mentoring, and family.

A viscous cycle occurs that is self punishing where the blame is placed on the more fortunate whether it be more educated, inherited, or just plain lucky. Then encouragement comes from the more successful and blame is laid at their feet for a system that disenfranchises the local community. The pleas to pick up your cross and walk with it because there's a better life are ignored because it is a path laid out by the other guy. Obama emerged as someone to clear the way, but rather than lead the way he has encouraged animosity for the broken system that he promised to change, but has failed miserably and only encouraged the lower class to continue to fight the path that is provided to better themselves.

When inaction is rewarded by compensation why would you change?

The majority await their own paths developed by their own leader not someone viewed as "The White Man".

I am not racist and really could care less. Although I have sent my daughter to a foreign country to attend school because i fear the education system is failing all parties involved and much worse in predominately black schools. In addition, i fear sending her to a private or white school for fear of some parent forgot to raise their kids to respect life.

Call me what you will, but until the problem is resolved the vicious cycle will continue.

The black community has been used, lied to and abused by politicians for centuries. They have fought and died in every war we ever fought. They are equal. It seems like the more we talk about inequality the worse it gets. The more entitlements afforded them the more it fuels racism. Maybe that is human nature. People see it as unfair. We can all agree that racism exists. We can't agree on how to combat it. I think a level playing field would be the best. Is that even possible though? I really think there needs to be a real leader in the black community to step up and say " Lets start over, forgive and forget and lets move on" Whether you are born Yellow, Black, White, Brown, you should be proud that you were born as such. In a way we are all racist and that is ok. Just treat all humans alike. You are not racist just because you are proud that you were born a certain color. Embrace it.

But when I walk into a black ghetto, I feel as though I need a tight grip on my blade. And its the same for black folk, they cant come into a white ghetto freely and safley.

Dunno about that. A bunch of White people live in the ghetto with Black and Latino people.

First, I'm talking about how blacks are starting to realize that Obama's policies are horrid for them and hopefully they don't walk in lock step with the Democrat party after Obama or in the mid-term elections.

Secondly, it makes no sense to come in a thread just to say you don't care about the topic. SO WHAT??

This is silly of you. There's all kinds of different threads on ATS about a wide range of topics. Why do you come onto this thread to make racist rants and tell us you don't care?

You have every right not to care and that's fine with me. There's a lot of threads on ATS that I don't care about about so I don't post in the thread. This is why ATS is here. Discussion on all kinds of topics. Some you care about and others you don't.

Again, it makes no sense to come onto a thread that you don't care about to tell people you don't care.
