because i was looking at the bbc's website and i saw a link, clicked it and it didn't exist (probably removed, wich is weird for a news site?) but i got a screenshot of it:




could this be something to do with it all?

No, that's all he sent.

I tried to get to BCC last night, and couldn't even get close. Roads were closed by state police.

i want some of that green stuff

wow - i was round that area last night & there were police cars whizzing around all over the place with their sirens going of - i thought there'd been a riot or somethin but when i checked the news when i got home - nothing at all

now u mention it, there was a low-flying dark green unmarked helicopter i saw before gettin on the underground. didnt think anything of it at the time though

Just got off the phone with a good friend who is in the area of all this fuss, I was thinking this could all just be some kind of military training. But what I have been told is that heavy Artillery is being moved into place. What ever this is that landed there or fell from the sky either needs a hell of a lot of protection or we are about to go to war with it.

I am going to try to get on scene, after posting this I am leaving. If I can get past the security and into the area I will try to get more information and return here to share it.

This is not looking good.. My friend also told me that there is a strange noise comeing from the impact site.. and it is getting louder.

I have got to go check this out.

This is all a bunch of BS. I live in South Jersey not far from McGuire Airbase and there ain't squt going on.

And as for that picture you can see that someone took a shot of a TV screen. Don't you see the flash reflection. Come on now!

First report from our embedded reporter. I'm recalling what she radioed in just minutes ago.

She was escorted to a command center off Trenton Road in a field. From there, she was taken to what has been called "the crash site". She described what to her looked like a "rocket cylinder", yellow/white in color, about 1/3 in the ground. The ground was scorched and a number of trees were blown over. Despite the damage to the trees and ground, the cylinder seemed intact.

The area was surrounded with the equipment we saw being removed at the BCC staging area last night. But some of it was being packed up. She said someone told her the area was no longer radioactive, as the radiation from the cylinder stopped this morning.

She wasn't allowed to take pictures, only report her story back to us on a secure radio provided by DHS. A Colonel in charge of the operation mentioned similar cylinders outside San Diego, Cleveland, Oklahoma City, and reports of impacts in seven other states (apparently not yet located).

So these things are falling all over the place? Is it just in America, or all over the world? The BBC link above showed worries about the rise in meteor activity this month. Military must be afraid we would panic over this and thats why no reports are coming in.

I'm getting calls from other soccer league moms here in Trenton saying that we should stay indoors.

Does ANYONE have any details? Is this some kind of chemical spill?

No. Space debris of some kind is the prevailing story

I hope my friends in South Jersey are ok they live right down there. I hope I get in touch with them soon

I had trouble sleeping so i pulled back my curtain (my bed is next to the window) and looked up at the sky and saw a green object moving across the sky, at some points it was only just visible through the clouds. I grabbed my phone and took a photo of it using the camera on my phone. Not long after it disappeared out of the view from my window.

I just read some news about a chem spill at Arthur Kill waterway, NJ. Three people were injured.

CARTERET: A tank containing 450,000 gallons of a caustic liquid imploded yesterday at the Kinder Morgan facility off Industrial Road, emptying its contents onto the ground and into the waters of the Arthur Kill.

Three Kinder Morgan employees were transported to Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston and treated for minor injuries.

Two of the employees were treated and released, a company spokesman said. A third was held for further observation.

Company officials said the spill presented no immediate threat to the community. No residents were evacuated, said Carteret Mayor Daniel Reiman.

The pier at Carteret's waterfront park, about 1 mile from the spill, has been closed to fishing indefinitely, Reiman said.

"We can anticipate some fish kill in the surrounding area," Reiman said.

The tank contained a sodium hydroxide solution mixed with equal parts water, said Frank Marrocco, Kinder Morgan's Regional Vice President of Northeast operations. The substance is used to treat wastewater, he said.

Company officials could not say how much of the liquid spilled into the Arthur Kill and did not know how much was contained within the tank's dyke.
