LOL yep. People have objected when I mentioned this in the past but I will say it again- the truthers are literally their own worst enemy. Look at this thread, where the defendent wanting to get out of having to pay a fine tried to hide behind a bunch of 9/11 conspiracies, and the truthers all had joygasms over it believing in some vague shadowy way that noone really understands that this was destined to be a "Historic 9/11 Case Brewing as AE911T Presents Evidence in Court Against BBC".

The court laughed it off. The court couldn't NOT laugh it off. The trial had nothing to do with the BBC or even 9/11. It was entirely about some guy trying to skip out on paying fees. So who really looks bad from now that it fizzled out like a wet firecracker, the BBC and the courts, or the truthers hyping this up into looking like it was something it never was to begin with?

It also shows how far truthers have fallen, when a court case that has nothing at all to do with 9/11 is trumpeted as a "historic 9/11 case". They have failed miserably in bringing their claims to any court and all they have left are some sad gatherings of the true believers and the same old rubbish books and dvd's being flogged. Everyone else has moved on.

Birthers have gone the same way also, every single birther court case (200+ of them) has failed miserably and Obama was re-elected. I bet in 4 years time when he leaves office birthers will be loudly claiming victory, as they have gotten rid of him through their actions.

Im no lawyer, and I dont have the money it would take to make a court case out of 9/11.
But if I was and did,I wouldnt have to put up alot of arguement,I'd just use the words of those from that day.
Ya know, the people that mattered, police, emts, witnesses, firfighters, etc and even the MSM(who sold out a day or 2 after).
But dont take my word for it,take theirs.

Cause I believe the "truth" was being reported,on Sept 111th 2001.

Either way, this recent court case was a pathetic and almost childlike action to use non payment of the BBC fee to attempt a legal action regarding 911.
I mocked it before the result in this thread and I shall continue mocking it now. Almost as silly as the 'common law court' arrest 'warrants' for the UK queen, US president etc. The protests started behind the keyboards in bedsits or parents basements never fail to amuse me.

People really believe that the BBC were part of some kind of 9/11 conspiracy? Seriously?

Well, they believe everyone else is part of it, so why not the BBC?

Am I the only one noticing there seems to be a hell of a LOT of people involved in this supposedly "secret" conspiracy?

A man did not pay his tv licence.

He spun god knows what story to the court.

He was ordered to pay £200 in court charges. A TV licence costs £149.50.

He was also ordered to go and buy a TV licence.

Wake up to BS.

historic case brewing?

Well it seems he won , go figger . Perhaps their is scope here for a "Class Action" Lawsuit against the MSM in the U.S.

In law, a class action, a class suit, or a representative action is a form of lawsuit in which a large group of people collectively bring a claim to court and/or in which a group of defendants is being sued. Class actions are sometimes but incorrectly referred to as "class action suits" (technically a pleonasm). This form of collective lawsuit originated in the United States and is still predominantly a U.S. phenomenon. However, in several European countries with civil law, as opposed to the Anglo-American common law system, changes have been made in recent years that allow consumer organizations to bring claims on behalf of large groups of consumers.

For all intents and purposes a UK court has just ruled that the BBC was complicit in the September 11th, 2001 attacks in the United States. Fantastic. A small victory but a huge symbolic victory and one you would have never otherwised have heard of. So I suggest to you the reader to get the word out on this one. Spread it far and wide. This is big if only symbolic.

What makes you claim he won? He had to buy a licence, the BBC were not even on trial or even in court, the judge refused to listen to his silly conspiracy theory nonsense and he had to pay £200 in court costs.

And truthers claim this as a win?

Yes the Truther''s do claim it as a win , but I'd imagine the Liars still think that it didn't.

The mere fact that it went to court and gave exposure was a win in itself.

It's some crank who tried to get out of paying a fine. In Horsham.

I'll assume you're from the US and try to contextualise. This is like a guy claiming he shouldn't have to pay a parking ticket because, um, 9/11. In, say, Bangor New Jersey.

The only exposure it gets is thrugh among truthers who pretend to each other that is significant. As they do with all their 'evidence' on9/11. And like that evidence it will vanish like melting snow in short order.
