The real question should be, if that is an airplane contrail, why is the gentleman praying like it is an act of God? Is it because contrails, prior to this, haven't existed in the middle east?

in the start of the video you clearly see, as he zooms in, two trails....this is an airplane.

IMO this has nothing to do with the meteor falling from the sky. I think they're celebrating something, or calling on some kind of action, you can hear shots being fired in the background. The guy who's filming is obviously retarded or in some kind of delirium. Why he was filming an airplane? I don't know.
