I came across this video this morning and it was good for a laugh that made my face hurt.
Anyone on this board whom has been married knows the stress involved and knows that things do not ever go as planned.

When we got hitched everything was good until the oaths and I said my wife's full first name which is Virginia but she has always been know as "Ginny" to everybody.

This started the giggles and escalated until we were almost in tears.

But this video is much much more funnier than our situation.

Please share your funny stories with every one in this thread.
I hope you get a laugh like we did

My ring bearer, a three year old boy, used his ring pillow to go luging down the steps of the altar.

Multiple times.

I met my husband on eharmony. No joke.

We spent a month emailing and chatting on line, progressed to hour long phone calls. He came to visit in February, which was a little tough because of my trust issues. But after a couple of hours with him, I knew.

Went camping together in March, had a great time despite the freezing cold and man-eating spiders. That summer I moved to his state, he proposed in September, married in March.

It's been a wild ride, but I love him dearly.

Have you considered something like eharmony? I used to feel the exact same way, that there was no one for me and I was destined to be alone.

Hugs, my friend. Lots of hugs to you.

Keep looking. She's out there.

In the meantime, here are a few "girl-catching tips"

Humor is by far more attractive than huge biceps. Cultivate your funny side.

Confidence is sexy. Be confident and strong, even if you have to fake it at first. It will get easier.

No "woe is me" talk...big turn off.

Compliment her in little ways, and slowly. Rushing things can be a turn off. Picking her a bouquet of wildflowers, going on an impromptu picnic, this is real romance. She'll eat it up. Unless she's an alien.

Sorry, OP, for the derail. Just wanted to help a friend in need.

At my daughter's wedding,I couldn't drive wearing high heels.I changed into
my sneakers and drove to the chapel. When the wedding was getting started,
I realized that I had forgotten to change back into my high heels.I was walked
down the aisle still wearing my old sneakers.

I got a good laugh out of your post, quite easy to envision you all "Glammed" up and looking great with a very light spring to your step that should not have been there......LOL

Thanks for sharing.
