This was exactly what I was trying to stir up, why do you think science denies this theory?

I think it has a lot to do with the way everything is compartmentalised and given its own area of study, the "specialist" fails to look outside of their degree.

@why do you think science denies this theory?

Please clarify Wifibrains?

Sorry had to reread. I think your asking why science doesn't embrace the possibility of plant life having intelligence. It may be due to some of them in the different fields of science not seeing the entire picture of how the planet and its many FLORA energies interact as 1 with chemical data exchange found in atmosphere and SOL data found in light transfer photosynthesis processes and radiation transfer from SOL as well a insect behavior..

This theory would hypothesise that earth is sentient and intelligent. Science tends to go along with Darwinian evolution and natural selection. Like nature just keeps trying multiple ways and the best ways survive the test of time. I don't deny that as a process, but think there is more to the inteligence side. Possibly naturally spiritually.

Why is mainstream science convinced it is trail and error and accident? I think I know the answer anyhow. Its to do with what can be proven. Science likes to be able to doc its facts. If it can't be sampled and tested in a tube or witnessed, they won't toutch it.

I understand you better now Wifibrains and as you stated when science cannot clearly evaluate something it tends to fall to the sideline of metaphysics ect. Thing that makes 1 wonder is if humans and others are made of Star materials and can gain intelligence and awareness then why cannot the Origin of the materials... Thanks for clarifying Wifibrains

neither can I, as they are trying to keep it uniform in the science field & that helps to refine the data.

If earth can be found to be sentient and intelligent, then the whole of the cosmos is an intelligent being in itself, is it not? Electromagnetism...

I find it funny that the general scientific consensus is that a bunch of accidents happened over millions/billions of years and happened to correspond at similar times over this massive timeframe. When the first vertabrate crawled out of the lake, how did it procreate and replicate it's form? Did there just happen to be another of an opposite sex going through a process of evolution that could happen within the timeframe of millions of years that happened to emerge at the same time? Were these vertebrates asexual?

Anyway, I digress. I have found this thread and opinions therein to be extremely interesting.

Beautiful. I think so, there are so many coincedences, in the fractals and codes. Maybe if anything strays to far from the natural code, it is corrected. Thinking along the lines of Gaia and simulated universe...

more likely the plant has a genome programmed into the bugs to make it do what its doing is more likely. As the bugs get in contact with the plant it can start acting very weird once its made contact with pollen. Id say that plants almost could have a parasitic control over certain bugs and make them react in ways otherwise seen as *benificial* when all thats going on is the tree is reprograming proteins in their genes that make them act in such a way. I believe that fungus exorts this abilities extensively as parasitic spores and parasites in general can do the same thing. Secret chemicals that effect our bodys in such ways.

There wasn't any other statement about that from the priest since I was interviewing him about certain belief in here. But it's not the restless spirit we were talking about.

Sometimes restless spirit resides on trees. It's pretty popular in here.

Yes it is! But only by the, apparently, most intelligent life form on the planet, human beings!

Some trees and plants warn others when they are being attacked/eaten by animals, the trees in the surrounding area will then produce some form of chemical which the animals eating the trees do not like thus safeguarding themselves!

Whether plants have a consciousness or not.. the answer to your question is they evolved... that's how they came to have these defense mechanisms..

hey, hey, hold on there, sister...remember that almost half of our population don't believe in that "evolve" thingy. you don't want to have that damnation thrown on you, do you?

yeah lol. And how long was it that man thought sickness was brought on by demons. Turns out those demons are what cause us to evolve
