The Planetary Society will have a live webcast featuring telescope observations of today's close encounter with asteroid 2012DA14. It will begin around 915 UT, which is 2.15 PM Eastern Standard time. You will find the webcast here:

Cool! I know I'll be watching it.
But I also know that I'll be somewhat disappointed as well as it'll just be a dot moving across the screen.
To bad that they can't do a live feed from the ISS.
