Not necessarily eyeballs only but there are some avatars that are so disturbing I won't read their post, I just scroll down!! Maybe that's weird but if I find one I will mention on your thread!!

Eyes are important for human survival. we could never defend ourselves in dangerous situations against pretty dangerous people without our eyes, which makes them important. i hope mine never stop working because i will miss them. I will eat all the good nutritious food to enable the nutrients to be extracted and put into my system, which is required for good health, especially eyes.

Ewe I just saw a new one I haven't seen before, eye avatar, it is an alien and ugly, so I take back the alien eye being OK!

I've had this Avatar since I first joined ATS, which was about a year a half ago,
even though for some reason it says I joined In December 2012-- Must be a
glitch, you can look up my posts I don't remember exactly when but it was
definitely 2011 and have used this avatar on other sites before then as well.

Eye think that for the most part there is no trend. People with eye avatars seem to just prefer the eye theme. It is the easiest identifying part of the body to photo edit. Although I am new to ATS, I have been using my avatar image for over two years elsewhere on the internet, it is my identifying image as Khedwulf Greywar.

Now, how many phonetic eyes are in my post?
