For you that can't see it I'll summarize

It's guy having a cavity search at the airport, he complains that he was already searched in London so the girl searching him says. "I know he was my boyfriend,he called me and told me to search you again"
She pulls out an engagement ring in a plastic bag from his rectum and runs off saying "that's so romantic".

Trust me video is funnier than my synopsis

I don't think this was real, probably from a gag show.
But if it was, I bet it would be funnier if the Guy dropped a deuce on the plane.
