The Go Daddy Commercial with the model and the geek was an attack on your young children. They can't play this on Nick Jr. So what do they do? They put it to lead off the biggest, most watched, family world wide event. They put it in the time slot where most young children will be watching on screen sexual simulation. They are robbing your children's innocence, and preparing them for a life of acceptance. Acceptance of violence, and death, and the killing via drones, and eat your GMO's and drink your fluoride.

If you believe in any of this, then you have to understand, what was done. It was a missile across the families bow, one that went unnoticed by almost everyone. Nothing is by chance.

I called Go Daddy, I cancelled all my domains. Next is my email to the NFL about how my children will no longer watch the NFL and the have lost football fans ( i will still watch, go Jets). I will contact the network and complain. I will contact the FCC and complain, and ultimately, nothing will happen.

I will warn all my 4 year old daughters stuffed animals why she is trying to make out with them, and tell them I"m sorry, hopefully it's just a faze.

Damn them all.

Ummm shes about one of the most average looking women I have seen on TV.

Not entirely sure what the big deal is, people kiss, pretty sure kids know that and I know this might be even more shocking news, but I imagine a lot kids even kiss each other DUN DUN DUN!!!

Also why are you making your 4 year old child watch the superbowl, sounds like your indoctrinating them into something, that, chances are they probably couldnt give a crap about.

Take a good long hard look at yourself.

you're joking right? i hope to god that you're just trying to troll here.

you're making a big fuss about this but you have no problem with all the other ads that had violence in them? or the half-time show where she was in that skimpy ass outfit?

Wait..... You are mad about this commercial???

What about the nip slip last year??? Or the other wardrobe malfunctions, what about the carls jr commercials (hot chicks dont eat fast food)

cant take this seriously

The "nerd" in the commercial looked really young to me... possibly under 18. If it had been a young lady instead of the nerd, I'm sure there would have been a major uproar about it.

That commercial made me want to hurl... the visual was bad enough but the enhanced sounds made it unbearable.

I have to agree with the OP.... today's youth are being conditioned to accept many things that they wouldn't normally accept without pre-conditioning and desensitization....

I've watched my friends kids change from fun loving, gentle, innocent children to gun loving, violent, jaded young adults.

Kill your TV....

blame the parents for letting them watch violent/sexual things. THEY are the parents, not the TV. this is almost as bad as parents complaining about violent video games when they themselves are the ones that buy them for the kids. even with the big M (for Mature) printed on the front cover.

Calm down Aunt Bea. Have you ever taken a look at some of the inuendo that DOES get broadcast on Nickelodeon? The times they are a changin'. The newer generations are more and more aware of sexuality. I think its a natural progression. You could always turn off the TV and keep your kids minds trapped in the 1940s or maybe move into an Amish community somewhere.

Hes obviously a liberal (from his anti gun sentiment) so he has NO personal responsibility, he blames everyone but himself (or the parents) in this case... going right for the NFL and the commercial makers...

I guess hes not worried about his kids smoking drugs though according to his name

in his defense Marijuana is far less harmfull then any of the stuff broadcast during the superbowl.

funny how he doesnt care about the beer commercials though. i'd think thats a bit more harmfull than a nerd being kissed by a hot girl.

personally i didnt watch the superbowl but im sure that there were some beer commercials with women prancing around in bikinis

it's just obnoxious, annoying, actually ridiculous all this lolling dangling drooling

but I wouldn't cancel all my subscriptions on go daddy for the reason you stated. It's not attack on children innocence, imho, it's just a very, very bad taste.

Where's the hot model? All I see is a very ordinary, not so hot girl, kissing a very ordinary guy.
Don't see anything undermining the morality of kids.

Errr.. Really? Almost all the shows on TV now depict some form of violent attack, rape, murder or wanton assault at least ONCE during the show. Many cartoons teach more in small unit combat tactics than Army courses on the subject. In all this? We're going to single out a couple adults kissing passionately and nothing else?

In a world where I had the choice to make....I'd rather my kid watch a hundred people make out to their heart's content....than ONE extreme torture session as seen in even some PG movies and prime time television today. I think that for the world of objectionable television, this is looking in the wrong places. IMO. At least human sexuality is natural, healthy and productive.

Gross, but it is aimed at a group of sexually deprived deviants- not little children. I get what you are saying, the world seems to be dismissing human qualities in favor of more animalistic urges, trying to make us forget what makes us human and special. It was hard to watch for me, I averted my eyes, and then finally skipped to the end. We can't fight it, but we can rise above it and teach our children of more traditional values and morality. It is hard to lead when it seems it is just a vain reassurance of our choices, but the world is in dire need of leaders right now, the followers multiply daily.

I thought the commercial had the potential to be cute, but the close up of their mouths and the sound effects were way too much.

They would've gotten their point across with a simple wedding ceremony scene followed by a hotel room door slamming shut with a Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the doorknob.

Wow.... You make a lot of assumptions.

The name has nothing to do with drugs... I'm of Irish descent and I am a lapidary artist.

I never said I was anti-gun... I just don't think that people should be in love with them.

I'm not a parent and I don't blame anyone... just making an observation.

The NFL is not at fault... they didn't sell the air time.

As for being a liberal.... I don't identify myself as one.

You seem angry.... are you angry?

I don't need your defense.

You and Metashake share some common traits. You both make assumptions based on minimal information. (This thread's topic was the GoDaddy commercial, not beer adverts.) ....Sort of typical of someone that lacks the abilty to think critically. (In this case.... it's safe to assume that I just called you an idiot.... both of you)

...and you sure have some strong opinions about something that you actually didn't watch.

...carry on.
