Is that the LAPD? Yea that sounds about right.

What's your point? That killing people is a good thing?

Phage? Killing people isn't a good thing. Of course it isn't.

But it appears (according to the evidence in this very thread) that the police lit the fires and "pushed him back inside" - to burn?

Whatever the case is, what happened to due process of the law??? THAT is not a good thing. How would you like it if you were executed before you even had your time in court?

What are your thoughts on that and that alone?

One more thing, on that thermite that i just mentioned a post or two ago, you wouldn't want to spray it down with water as it is an exothermic reaction, pretty much unstoppable and would splatter molten metal and nasty fire balls of molten stuff everywhere. I think I know why they held off on the fire crew. They weren't there for the cabin but for any external spread.

Let's try this again:

Do you think it's right to bypass due process of the law? Yes or no?

In extreme cases. Yes. Because the justice system doesn't always get it right.
I also think that Dorner fully intended and engineered this outcome.

I can agree with that.

But the other part? They don't get it right all of the time so they have to do it wrong again? Two wrongs make a right?

I don't know about that... You're talking about ignoring the constitution and once again - our rights as Americans.

I just heard on ABC news on the radio that human remains have been found in the cabin.

An autopsy will be performed to identify the remains.

Two wrongs make a right?

He committed suicide. I think that was his right.

Just so everybody in this thread is clear (since I'm a bit confused), are you saying Domer set the fire himself and committed suicide or that he committed suicide by killing people? There is a strong argument in this thread that the cops set the fire, so I'm wondering if you're disputing that or not.

I'm saying he intended to be killed by the police. Suicide by cop.
As far as the details go? I think...think..because there is no way of knowing, that he set the fire himself. It is consistent.

Well since the stories are constantly changing... I thought you check your sources to make sure they're correct?

You say he committed suicide. I thought his fate is still unknown?

news.yahoo.com...

Oops, that was from Yahoo! Let's try another one:

www.usatoday.com...

So, you need to check your info. I thought that was your specialty??? Now I'm beginning to wonder. Anyways...

There's evidence all over the thread that the police set the fire. The cops shot to kill on those two delivery women. There's so much more. But that's not even the main point.

Please address this whole post, and not just one line. Thanks.

And your edits are throwing things off here...

There is evidence on Page 39 showing a video of a live news broadcast where a cop repeatedly says to burn it down:

With this evidence presented to you, do you still hold to your opinion?

I'll wait until the dust clears before commenting on that "evidence" if you don't mind.
"Fog of war" and all that. I hope you understand.

for the record that youtube video actually (mainly) shows a motor powered by thermite. thermite may have been used, but they wouldnt have used a thermite engine cos thats not designed to burn stuff.

Perhaps they said thermite ignition instead? I cant listen to things atm got no speakers.

That I understand!

Once again, I appreciate your courteous response as always. Never condescending and never assuming, and never with a hint of anger.

As far as waiting for the dust to clear - it doesn't seem like you have been waiting when it comes to the conflicting reports.

So please: Get your facts straight first - then feel free to distort them as you please. Thanks!

That is a logical conclusion. Internet trolls are incredibly advanced these days, so the audio where the cop says to burn down the cabin might be a quickly made fake. In the coming days, further evidence will need to be provided to prove unequivocally that the audio is legit. However, if it is legit, it stands as solid evidence pointing to the cops burning the cabin down. Alongside with Alex Jones predicting the cabin would be set ablaze before it was and other incidents, after a week or so has passed, the evidence should be overwhelming, and only those living in either a fantasy world or complete denial will be able to argue against it.

Of course, as you said, the justice system doesn't always get it right, so even if such a case were brought to court, it would probably be ruled as necessary force regardless of the risk, and the cops wouldn't be punished at all.

Such is life in this current paradigm.

The first call was a prank, hehe, but a few minutes in, you can CLEARLY hear the police/tactical unit saying, "BURN IT! BURN THAT M******ER DOWN!" - Multiple times.

That. Is. Wrong.

Murder or no murder. When due process and the constitution are trampled right before my very eyes, it's disturbing.

Or am I perceiving this wrong and I'm off my rocker?

Edit: Added another video:

I'm an audio engineer. I'm downloading this video, isolating the sound, and then I'm going to enhance it.
