VATICAN CITY (AP) - Pope Benedict XVI said Monday he lacks the strength to fulfill his duties and on Feb. 28 will become the first pontiff in 600 years to resign. The announcement sets the stage for a conclave in March to elect a new leader for world's 1 billion Catholics.

Wow, what a bomb shell. He will be the first Pope in 600 years to step down. What does this mean to the Catholic community and what does this mean to the World in general?

Stories say that he is the next to last Pope. If that is the case, they are about to vote in the last Pope of the Catholic faith and therefore usher in the end of days. Could this be true? We will just have to wait and see but the last Pope will be here soon and we can all see if the Church was correct.
