Their ratings are finally falling.

It may have something to do with them lying to their audience about Romney having the election in the bag and that he is going to win by a landslide...this made a lot of people look like fools as they repeated these lies and then were laughed at when Romney got smashed in the election.

You can only lie to people for so long, even stupid people, until they figure out that they are being lied to.

Now is not the time to start lying to yourself.

Bill O'Reilly is #1 with over 3,000,000 viewers
The Five and Hannity are up over 2,000,000 viewers

MSNBC are around only 1,000,000
CNN is on life support

CNN fired a bunch of people last week. - Damage Control -

I never said they were lower than others...just that they are dropping...and they are.

www.politico.com...

Fox News has been firing people too...Palin, Dick Morris, etc.

and this just in, the sky is blue, dogs have wet noses and people breathe oxygen....

I don't mean to make light of your thread and I can tell you put some work into it so congrats and all but I thought everybody here already knows that cable news is a propaganda machine? It's just so obvious, MSNBC, Fox, CNN, I don't know how somebody could watch any of these channels and not come away from it with the feeling that they are just being fed lies?

I have to tell you. It's looking pretty grim over there at MSNBC and CNN.
Scroll down and look at the number of viewers at MSNBC & CNN.
Nobody is watching the show.

However, The Five is on a roll !
I think a network called Fox News airs that show.

Seek the Truth. Here it is:
The Five is an incredible success !

Slow Wednesday:
The Five : 1,946,000 Viewers
Chris Matthews : 730,000 Viewers???

I'm not sure where you are trying to go with this. I am not denying that Fox News isn't the most popular cable news network...I never suggested that.

All I said, and it's true, is that their ratings are dropping. They were the sole Romney booster and they were telling their audiences nightly that Romney was going to win in a landslide and that all the polls were skewed...they pissed some people off by lying to them and getting their hopes up.

And you seem to think popularity = truth...and that is very sad.

The ratings are not dropping on The Five.
They are skyrocketing!
Now is not the time to spell the end of Fox News.
The true numbers say otherwise.

I think the strategy is to mention Hannity numbers have dipped and then
therefore the entire Fox News Network is in a tailspin.

Look at the number of viewers on that chart.
Wake up!
I think you spent too much time over at the Politico and Media Matters.

It is clear you are absolutely in love with "The Five"...but no one ever said "The Five" has ratings problems...the entire channels ratings dropped. No one is saying it is the end of Fox News, you really need to get a grip on things.

You are clearly a Fox News viewer, it shows...and that is not a compliment.

Fox News lies? I thought it was NBC who fired a producer who " edited " a 911 tape
to push their agenda?

What is the truth?

All of the Fox News " truths " has them far ahead in the ratings. Look at the chart.

Yes, i am a Fox News viewer.
Apparently, according to the chart i am not alone.

Millions of Americans are tuning to watch The Five at 5 PM.

Maybe you should give it a try.
Bob Beckel is on the show.

No, you are not alone...again...that is not always a good thing.

I watch Fox News every single day...it's always good to hear the crazy right wing talking points straight from the source before I start hearing them being repeated by people like you.

Well you might want to read the OP first. It was quite specific.

That's a good thing? You can survive on crap like Kraft Dinner but I wouldn't exactly call it nutritional.

Even when it's something seemingly obvious like the MSM is full of crap, it still doesn't really show much for "denying ignorance" when we're all going around repeating these memes like a bunch of automatons ourselves.

Anyway, thanks for contributing.

No problem at all. I didn't mean for my original post to sound like I was taking a swipe at your OP, I was just trying to make the point that they are all full of $%^& most of the time.

They discussed a "crazy right wing talking point" the other night on The Five.
During the " 8 hour " attack on the Benghazi embassy Obama called Leon Panetta......
..........once.

Leon Panetta looks like he is ready to crawl under the table.

When you get a chance be sure and tune for more "crazy right wing talking points"
on The Five.

I never believe what Fox news has to say, there has been many reports of dishonesty of the years. This is not a first.

so what else is new? Do you know that Foxnews is "entertainment" ... They even admitted it in court. I just can not stand the repeating of the obvious again and again......

www.foxbghsuit.com...

The husband-and-wife reporting team is suing the station for violation of Florida’s Whistleblower law, claiming they were fired by Fox for refusing to broadcast false and distorted information about Monsanto’s artificial bovine growth hormone (rBGH).
When the two were fired, Fox notified them it was for “no cause” in accordance with a provision to do so during a window period. But when Wilson protested, a Fox lawyer wrote although the two could have been fired for no cause, they were actually fired because they put up such a fuss in the ethical defense over the BGH story.

www.sptimes.com...

Ending a lengthy and often bitter trial, a jury Friday awarded $425,000 to a former WTVT-Ch.13 reporter who claimed the station fired her for threatening to alert federal regulators to a news report she said was slanted.

The jury of three men and three women deliberated nearly six hours before finding that Fox affiliate Channel 13 had retaliated against Jane Akre for a story about a controversial hormone manufactured by the Monsanto Corp.

However, jurors refused to give any money to Akre's husband, Steve Wilson, an Emmy-winning reporter who also worked on the story.

You must be referring to the " dishonesty " over at MSNBC when they were forced to
fire a producer for " editing " a 911 tape to push the liberal agenda.

Report the news? No way! Lets alter the news and see if anyone notices it.

Fox News noticed the " editing ".

would you want to tune in each night and see alex jones ranting and raving? "they all do it" hardly excuses F news, but it seems to satisfy alot of posters here.
