Here's 100% Proof That FOX News Are Straight Up Lying, Corporate Shills.

Nothing beats NBC and MSNBC when it comes to deliberately distorting the news to advance their agenda.

The George Zimmerman 911 edited phone call by NBC will cost them millions.

Also the editing of testimony by MSNBC by a father of a Sandy Hook victim was also outrageous.

I am about sick of all mainstream media, it has become nothing more than
opinion and not news, news means facts not "in my opinion" or "I believe"
or "It has been said".

The thing no one can deny is that every single one of those channels has an
agenda, flat out everyone seems to agree on that, some buy into the political
party idea hence they lean to whichever news side supports their party, some
lean to religion so they turn to the side which supports their idea of that, why
cant we all just lean right to the middle and just support honesty, facts and
truth before anything and everything else...... the sad fact is that truth doesn't
always work in everyones favor and as such you will never see this happen.

I love the fact that most folks have stopped solely relying on the news media
to get their info, they have cut their own throat and are working so very hard
to stay relevant that they are making it even worse, as attested to by the completely
insane tactics that they have employed such as the altering of video and photo,
and the blatant lies from experts who have no more credibility than my farmer
neighbor would at commenting on many of the topics they discuss, these
people are the ultimate king in invisible clothes. I mean a solar "expert" who
doesn't know how much sun falls on one part of the world vs another, i think
that expert might need a refund on his PHD, oh wait he didn't have one you say?!? lol

All of them have been paid. Watch the Rev. Al Sharpton...LOL!!! Now that is some funny ish.

Glenn Beck towards the end and he was crazy.

This thread already existed and wasn´t flagged becaus the title was not dramatic enough.
The title was "Fox News Claims Solar Won't Work in America Because It's Not Sunny Like Germany ".
I flagged it ind hoped that many would do that because its really a proof of how the media tries to manipulate the people.
Now the title is more dramatic and people seem to flag it more?????

Fox News aka "Faux Noise" has been nothing but a thorn in the side of the truth from their very existence up until now.

What we as members of ATS can all agree on is that they distort the facts, no matter what they report on.

I think that Ron Paul supporters and supporters of alternative energy can both agree that Fox talks straight out of their asses when reporting anything.

I think it's time that American people find out just how much they've been lied to, whether it be from Fox or MSNBC or CNN.

I view Fox as the linchpin in the cable "news" quagmire. Take Fox down and the rest will fall.

There needs to be a War on Ignorance.

It shall include all of cable news and the mainstream media.

Being an Englishman my personal favourite is our holier than thou BBC.
I'm not going to lie for a long long time I was of the mind that most News corps are biased (obviously)
but not our BBC
9/11 was a big one with the building 7 announcement but even if we believe the official story when it comes to the BBC making a mistake, it more than opened my eyes.
Now as I said all News Corps do it but watching BBC without the blinkers on is a major propaganda peddler if not one of the biggest.

I still read its website for Sports and to get their spin on things but trust them? NEVER, they are a nice posh, shiny Entertainment version of Fox which makes them far more dangerous for me.
8 TV channels (Including 2 kids tv channels and not including HD versions of the same channels)
59 Radio channels including 24 hour news. a hugely popular website. Probably more I am forgetting.

unfortunately as someone said earlier .. we are all biased toward our own way of leaning. if i lean right then i will find that fox news tells the storys in a way that i want to hear them thus re-affirming my way thinking.

if i lean left. ill tend to watch msnbc or one of the other left leaning organizations.. both sides will get what they want. a reaffirmation of their own way of thinking and beliefs. a spin if you will. its done by the left and the right.

lets take your own article and post here. from just the title alone you can already tell what type of thread it will be. it was not unbiased, fair, or balanced in its approach. it was strait up an attack piece on fox news with no mention of the same type of actions being done by other networks propagating their own network agenda. as such there is no discussion here to be had, it is simply a bashing post that seeks like minded individuals to reaffirm your own beliefs.

by all means feel free to make an actual article that encompasses the corruption of more than just one network that provides actual merit for discussion. we can stand like children on the playground going "No YOU!" back and forth at each others way of thinking or we can become adults and sit down and discuss the issue of the greater impact and influence that twisted media from both sides have caused to the general populance

Critical thinking for it's own sake can't be futile. Evangelizing can, but where would the world be if no one bothered?

I read comments from people every day that they are afraid of various conspiracies and only large capacity assault rifles and bunkers can make them feel secure. It's sad. It's really sad for their children.

What they don't realize, is that information and critical thinking skill is more powerful than any gun.

Not trolling here, but I feel that being in a bunker with a large capacity assault weapon while using information and critical thinking would be far better than just one or the other.
